Logitus respects the privacy of users. All users personal data obtained through this website are owned by Logitus d.o.o. We undertake to make every effort to protect the personal data obtained in such a way, and we will not sell, communicate to lend them to third parties without the user’s permission, except if this is required by a court or another legal authority.

Personal data are only collected based on previous personal consent. Personal consent on this website is: the confirmation of subscription e-mails (subscription for news and events) and the confirmation of agreeing with the Privacy Policy (before submitting data from web forms) or Coockies usage.

Personal data are collected only for the needs of the operation of the e-store module, which is not yet active. The data you enter in web forms are not kept on the web server. The mandatory fields of name and surname are associated with ensuring a proper response to a forwarded question, registration for further education or a request for additional information, and not with the intention of collecting personal data.

A submitted e-mail address for the activation of news is not considered a part of personal data, since no other item of personal data is required for the subscription to news and events, based on which a user could be recognized. The selection of entry and the form of the e-mail address is entirely the user’s choice.

The register of personal data collections is not kept or registered with an Information Commissioner, since Logitus doesn’t collect sensitive personal data and it is not bound by the registration to the register (provisions of ZVOP-1A for a company with less than 50 employees).

We will do everything in our power to protect the privacy of visitors.

The web server contains links to other websites, for which we assume no responsibility in terms of user data and privacy protection.

We do not want to receive via websites any data that could represent a business secret to users.  This is why we ask all of our users not to submit such documents or information via this website, and to bear in mind that no item of information or data obtained via this website will be considered a business secret.
